Nostradamus Site Reader Input Form

I want to re-organize the site to make it easier for readers. I would appreciate your input as to size and position of material.

	My wife Lynn feels text should always be ABOVE the table. Is this important to you?
	I have made the pages long for ease of printing. Is speed of download more important than printing?
	I aim for download speed by using a plain site. Should I make the site more visually attractive?
	I use a menu in a frame to allow topic selection. Should there be more and better descriptions in these ?
	Should I have more bookmarks at the top of the form enabling you to go to its various parts?
